About the Program

Gaining a project management minor will help you develop a skill set to effectively manage cross-functional teams while creating deliverables in industry, non-profit, military and educational sectors. Such minors allow you to distinguish yourself in the job marketplace. Project management jobs in the U.S. are expected to grow ~8% (2018–2028).

Focus of Study

A series of three courses in the program will give you a solid understanding of project management in today’s dynamic world including: 

  • Use of Tools and Technologies
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communications
  • Resource Allocation and Capacity Planning
  • Balancing Complex Resources Across a Project Portfolio

The content in these classes provides material which may help in your certification journey.
