Research Interests

  • Research Revolves around the central concept of effective management of customer relationships. Specialty areas are: 1) management of membership relationships, 2) category management/retailer-manufacturer relationships. Considerable recent work has focused on retail-supplier cooperation required for reducing retail out-of-stocks.

Teaching Interests

  • Primary teaching interests are in marketing strategy, marketing management (MBA core), e-commerce, customer relationship managment, and marketing research. Teaching experience and intererst spans undergraduate, MBA, distance MBA, and levels.
