MBA Graduation Audit

A Graduation Audit is required for all students one semester prior to the semester of expected graduation. An audit involves your academic advisor reviewing your academic work thus far and determining (1) if you are ready to graduate in the following semester (in other words, checking if you have any deficiencies in your academic career) and (2) what courses will you need to complete the following semester in order to graduate.  When your audit is complete, you will receive a letter of notification in the mail, along with a diploma card, and a survey.

Requesting a graduation audit is simple.  All you have to do is email us at mba@uccs.edu with the following information:

  • First and Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Student ID #
  • Area of Emphasis
  • Expected Graduation Semester

Upon receipt of your information, we will mail you a graduation audit within 2-3 days.  Please make sure you have updated your mailing address on the Student Online Center.
