Academic Petition
An Academic Petition is for all current University of Colorado at Colorado Springs College of Business & Administration students who wish to request a modification or exemption to their program of study.
Instead of traveling to the campus to get this form, you can now print from your computer. Click here and a new window will pop up with the petition in it. Just print the contents of that window, and you will have a form ready to be filled out. Since this form requires your handwritten signature, it cannot be submitted on-line.
After filling out the petition, please bring, mail, or fax it to the appropriate advisor for review.
