I understand that the PGM Program includes three elements: 1) An undergraduate degree in Marketing/PGM; 2) Sixteen to 18 months of supervised internships at sites around the country; 3) Completion of all phases of the PGA/PGM™ training program, including self study modules, various seminars, three checkpoint exams, and the Playing Ability Test: Choose One Yes No

PGM Program applicants must provide evidence of a 12 or lower handicap. If you have a USGA card, choose the 'card' option; if not, choose the 'letter' option and obtain a letter from your coach or a PGA Professional affirming your handicap.
