Program Details

The C-CAP is designed to prepare you for mid-level and advance-level cybersecurity roles across five different sectors. To align with industry needs, all five cybersecurity apprenticeship programs include relevant cybersecurity certifications. Upon completion of three courses and the associated bootcamps, you will be equipped with the skills, education and experience to work in the exciting and ever-evolving world of cybersecurity management.

Apprenticeship Programs

Program applicants must meet eligibility requirements for both C-CAP and UCCS to be admitted to the program.

 

 

C-CAP

C-CAP Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for this program, participants must be:

  • U.S. legal residents of 18 years of age or older
  • Completed high school or GED
  • Skilled in computer networks, meet educational requirements or have industry experience
UCCS

UCCS Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for this program, participants must have:

  • 60 college credit hours completed with a cumulative 2.7 GPA
  • A college level composition course with a grade of C or better and at least college algebra with a grade of C or better
  • OR equivalent industry experience vetted via an interview with the Department Lead/Faculty Director
