Sport Management Activities

S.M.A.C.

Sport Management Activities Council

A range of social and professional development activities are organized throughout the academic year. The Sport Management Activities Council (S.M.A.C.) is a student led organization that is closely involved in organizing many of these events created to foster camaraderie, experiential learning and have fun! Through S.M.A.C., UCCS Sport Management students have organized intramural sports teams, planned ski trips, and group outings to a variety of pro and collegiate sporting events.  In addition to the fun events, S.M.A.C. hosts several guest speakers from the sports industry each semester to provide our students with an inside look and promote networking opportunities. All students are required to attend a majority of these events each semester.
