Greetings to the Faculty, Staff, Friends and Supporters of the College of Business!

I want to share with you my absolute delight for the opportunity to serve as your Dean of the College of Business here on the beautiful Colorado Springs campus. I look forward to working with you to advance the College’s many programs while launching new initiatives and events. With so much talent, enthusiasm, and energy in the College, I am certain we can achieve new levels of College success and accomplishment. As Dean, I will work extensively with the Colorado and Colorado Springs business communities to promote our many educational programs, to liaison with current and potential employers of our graduates, and to explore industry partnerships or collaborations.

I see our College becoming an increasingly important regional leader in business education by providing a cutting-edge curriculum, innovative course delivery, and exciting industry experiences. As a College of Business we must become more externally focused, with community, industry and organizational partnerships increasing in importance to the professional preparation of our students. Our external relationships in combination with a state of the art curriculum, faculty skilled in both instructional delivery and research abilities, and a deeply motivated staff, will allow for career success by our graduates.
