Annual Economic Forum Event

Since its origin as the Southern Colorado Business Economic Outlook Forum in 1997, the annual Economic Forum has been a fixture on the calendars of civic and business leaders in the Pikes Peak Region.

The 30th Annual UCCS Economic Forum will be held on October 28, 2026 at the Ent Center for the Arts.

The main program will take place from 1pm to 4pm and will include a plenary session on “Economic Development for the Pikes Peak Region,” concurrent panel discussions on “The Colorado Springs Defense Economy After Space Command” and “The Future of Travel and Tourism in the Pikes Peak Region,” as well as an update on “The Economic Outlook for the Pikes Peak Region.”

Before the program, there will be a welcome reception from noon to 1 pm, and there will also be a happy hour from 4 to 5 pm. We will also be offering some programming for the nonprofit sector.
