Jeanette Dias currently serves as Assistant Dean for Internal Operations in the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) College of Business, with a focus on accreditation, assessment, and strategic planning. Jeanette joined the college in 2018, having previously worked at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. During her eleven years at Old Dominion, she held several roles, including Associate Director of Institutional Research and Assistant Director of Information Technology & Assessment for Student Engagement & Enrollment Services. Jeanette has been working in higher education since 2004; and has also served at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis and at Leeward Community College in Pearl City, Hawaii.
