About the Program
Business Analytics Minor
The Business Analytics minor focuses on the three pillars of analytics: descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics. This minor offers hands-on, project-based courses that utilize state-of-art software to manage and analyze real data for businesses.
Focus of Study
More and more jobs are “hybrids,” combining skill sets in the same job, such as marketing and statistical analysis or design and programming. Certain skills are acting as hybridizing forces, spreading across different roles. Business analytics is one of the primary hybridizing skills!
(Wall Street Journal, Burning Glass 2019 Report)
