The Resource Exchange (TRE) partners with people who seek support in accessing community resources, assisting them in making informed choices so they can live the lives they want to live. We partner with our clients to help them navigate the complex system of supports that our community provides them, walking alongside to assist them in achieving the quality of life they seek, working closely with the families who love them. TRE has relationships with over 100 community partners to which we refer our families. Our partners join with TRE to increase opportunities for the people we serve. |
