About

Colleen Stiles currently serves as an Instructor at the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs in the Bachelor of Innovation™(BI) Degree Program. Colleen teaches Innovation Core classes: Introduction to Entrepreneurism, The Innovation Process, and upper division teams courses. In addition, Colleen serves as the Co-Director of BI Strategic Alliances. Colleen is a doctoral candidate in the UCCS Educational Leadership program. Ms. Stiles brings real world experiences into her classroom.

She is past principal of Quoin Consulting, a firm specializing in philanthropy and business strategy. With more than 25 years experience in leading corporations through change and new technology market expansion, Ms. Stiles has built a reputation on her unique, all-out-massive action approach to business development and implementation. Her expertise in forming strategic alliances and partnerships has proven to be a strategic tool in helping companies and organizations build capacity while ensuring scalability and sustainable expansion. Stiles has also built and sold three companies.

Colleen is a social entrepreneur at heart. She has worked internationally on NGO sustainability and capacity building issues. Working with corporations, family foundations, and non-profits, Ms. Stiles has received acclaim for her work in increasing the accountability of United Way of America and other prominent not-for-profit organizations. A past CEO of two United Ways and an international non-profit, Colleen is a Kellogg National Leadership Fellow and a past board member of the Kellogg Fellow Leadership Alliance.

A past Vice President of Institutional Advancement for the College of St. Benedict and guest lecturer, Ms. Stiles has served as faculty for St. Cloud State University graduate program in Human Relations, undergraduate faculty for business and communication, interpersonal communication. She has also served on the faculty of Wake Forest University in Communication and Rhetoric.
