Dr. Corinne Harmon is the Associate Director and Teaching Professor of the Bachelor of Innovation degree program at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS). She has served in the field of public education for over thirty years as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, executive director, assistant superintendent, and superintendent. She also taught leadership courses at St. Louis University, the University of Missouri at St. Louis, Webster University, and Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville. Dr. Harmon provides training and the facilitation of the Appreciative Inquiry process for positive, systemic change for universities, school districts and various organizations.
