Focus of Study
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program is devoted to the concepts, analytical tools, and communication skills required for competent and responsible management. The management of an enterprise is viewed in its entirety and within its social, political, and economic environment.
The MBA provides a broad curriculum preparing you for a variety of options in launching your career. All majors are welcome--our MBA program is designed to meet the needs of students with or without previous business education.

Academic Journey | Description |
MBA with Specialization | Students may pursue a specialized MBA tailored for a specific career in mind. Those pursuing the MBA with an emphasis will complete 24 credits of core classes and 12 credits of specialized business electives.

30 Credit Hour MBA | The 30-Credit Hour General MBA provides a broad curriculum preparing you for a variety of options in launching your career. MBA students pursuing the General MBA program will complete 24 credits of core classes and 6 credits of business electives. Select the "general emphasis" on the application.

Graduate Certificates | Whether you already have an MBA and want to broaden your background in a specific field, are interested in just taking courses in a focused area or are interested in a starting point for an MBA, the Graduate Certificate program offered by the College of Business may be the perfect solution for you.
Admission requirements: Applicants must have a 3.0 undergraduate GPA from a regionally accredited institution to be considered for the Graduate Certificate Programs. |
Accelerated Masters | The College of Business offers a unique opportunity for highly qualified undergraduate students in the Bachelor of Arts in Technical Communication and Information Design program (TCID) and Bachelor of Women's & Ethnic Studies program (WEST) to pursue the MBA through the accelerated master's partnership.
