Students are fully immersed in core principles of ethics education, which provides a framework for ethical decision-making and instruction.

Focus of Study

Relationships, Opportunities, Acumen, Readiness (R.O.A.R) Program

The R.O.A.R. Program, our mandatory career curriculum, works alongside business classes to ensure students acquire both the education and professional tools needed to successfully transition to their careers upon graduation. The program prepares undergraduate College of Business students for their transition from college to career.

This program focuses on career exploration, career planning, professionalism, and networking, and consists of three phases: Find your ROAR, Refine your ROAR, and Ready to ROAR. Students must complete the phases in succession and additional career development events.
